2. Processed Personal Data

In case you contact us through the contact/quote form on our website, by phone, WhatsApp, or email, the following personal data may be processed:

• Identity details (name, surname)
• Contact details (phone number, email address)
• Request/complaint content (information you share in your message)
• Transaction security details (log records required for the technical operation of the website)

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

• Responding to your contact and quote/information requests
• Informing you about our products and services
• Conducting pre-contractual negotiations and business relations
• Following up on requests and complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Fulfilling our legal obligations

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds under Article 5 of the KVKK: being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, fulfilling the data controller's legal obligation, the data controller's legitimate interest provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, and your explicit consent when necessary.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations within the scope of legal obligations, and to suppliers we receive services from (e.g., email/hosting infrastructure), limited to the purposes above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Retention Period

Your personal data is stored for the duration required by the purpose of processing and taking into account the statute of limitations specified in the relevant legislation; it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when the purpose ceases to exist.

7. Your Rights as a Data Subject

By applying to the data controller under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose, know the third parties to whom data is transferred, request correction of incomplete or incorrect data, request deletion or destruction of data under the conditions provided for in the KVKK, object to any adverse result of analysis via automated systems, and demand indemnification of damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
